Your new role
As a Customer Experience & Support Officer, you will provide both administration and customer support services within a busy department. Working closely with a range of internal stakeholders, you will manage enquiries, prepare correspondence, maintain records, and assist with operational activities to ensure efficient service delivery.

Key duties will include:

  • Managing customer enquiries and requests through to resolution
  • Providing high-level administrative support
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, and documentation
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting day-to-day operational activities and process improvements

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A proactive and team-focused approach
